Liability for links.

By ruling of 12th of May 1998 the Hamburg Regional Court has decided that one takes responsibility also for any contents of those links that are displayed on own web pages
The court ruled further that in order to prevent this one has to distance itself explicitly from the contents. On our pages, we are displaying links to other webpages.

For all those pages the following is applicable:

We hereby explicitly declare to have no influence on the design and the contents of pages linked. Therefore, we clearly distance ourselves from all contents of pages displayed as link on our homepage and we do not make those contents our own. This declaration is true for all links displayed on our homepage und for any contents of those pages which are displayed through banners, buttons and links.
